Wear something comfortable and that allows you to move and bend.  We recommend sports gear or shorts and a t-shirt.

Your initial visit will usually take about 1 hour including treatment(s).

Follow-up visits will vary depending on your course of treatment but usually range from 15-30 minutes.  Dr. Ray will discuss follow-up visit expectations with you at the end of each visit.

Not at this time.  However, we can provide a copy of your visit summary so that you may file a claim directly with your insurance provider if you wish to do so.

Unfortunately, at this time we can not accept Medicare patients due to government regulations.
